Eligibility Criteria
आवेदन करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को निम्न पात्रताएं पूरी करनी होंगी:
बैंक खाता आधार से लिंक होना चाहिए।
परिवार उत्तर प्रदेश का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹3 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
एक परिवार की अधिकतम 2 बेटियों को लाभ मिलेगा।
बेटी का जन्म 01 अप्रैल 2019 या उसके बाद होना चाहिए।

How to Apply Online (Step-by-Step)
- Visit the Portal: Go to the official MKSY Citizen Service Portal.
- New Registration: Click on “Apply Here” under the Citizen Service Portal tab.
- Consent & OTP: Read the terms, click “I Agree,” and enter your mobile number. Verify it using the OTP sent to your phone.
- Fill Registration Form: Enter the applicant’s details (Parent/Guardian), including Aadhaar number, address, and district.
- Login: Use the User ID and Password sent to your mobile to log in to the portal.
- Add Beneficiary: Once logged in, fill in the girl child’s details and select the Stage (e.g., Birth, Vaccination, or School Admission) you are applying for.
- Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the required documents (PDF/JPEG format, usually under 100 KB).
